Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead a 24x7 SOC and a team of 10+ analysts. You will own shift coverage, detection quality, and client-facing service performance, partnering with GRC engineers to align with regulatory obligations.

The role requires 7+ years in security operations and 3+ years in SOC leadership, with hands-on expertise across EDR, SIEM, and network security tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security operations, including 3+ years managing a SOC team.
• Experience running 24x7 SOC operations and maintaining coverage and morale.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ analysts, including hiring and scheduling.
• Hands-on administration of EDR, SIEM, firewall, IPS, and WAF platforms.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ SOC analysts with regular feedback.
• Create and manage a 24x7 shift schedule with proper coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new analysts and run a rapid ramp-up program.
• Define career paths and drive certification goals for the team.
• Own client relationships and ensure SOC service delivery quality.
