Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior SOC Manager to lead a 10+ analyst team in a 24/7 security operation. You will coach, schedule, recruit, and develop talent while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction across rotating shifts.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, SLAs, client reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with governance, risk, and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and operational discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in security operations with at least 3 years leading a SOC team or similar function.
• Experience running 24/7 operations ensuring staffing and morale.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ analysts including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ SOC analysts.
• Maintain 24/7 shift schedule with appropriate staffing and skills.
• Oversee security monitoring across EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IPS, and WAF.
• Review investigations for quality and accuracy before client communication.
• Lead post-incident reviews and translate lessons into improved procedures.
• Report SOC performance and service quality to leadership and clients.
