Job summary

Coalition is seeking a Senior Security Support Analyst to drive technical guidance for our security tools and enhance the risk portfolio of our clients. This fully remote role involves advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing fast and accurate security assessments, and mentoring peers.

You will work rigorously with product and engineering teams to enhance our services, ensuring policyholders receive effective security guidance to prevent cyber attacks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on security experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of network threats and methods of exploitation.
• Proven ability to assess and quantify security risk.
• Experience advising technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze the security posture of insureds.
• Provide technical support for security products.
• Participate in Claims Feedback Loop process.
• Create and enhance team documentation and knowledge bases.
