Zusammenfassung

Wesco is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to coordinate multiple cross-functional Agile development teams. You will serve as a servant leader, coach and mentor, removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to deliver business value in a Scrum@Scale environment.

You will mentor teams on Lean, Agile and Scrum/Kanban ideas, work with Product Owners to align vision and backlog, and drive continuous improvement across teams. Remote work with travel to office locations is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agile or PM related disciplines.
• 5+ years experience on a scrum team.
• 5+ years experience with lean and implementing a kaizen mindset.
• 1+ years experience in a Scaled environment (Scrum @ Scale or SAFe preferred).
• Remote work with travel to office locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Teach and mentor multiple teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices.
• Facilitate team events that brings out the ideas of everyone on the team and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Work with teams to implement new practices that improve delivery.
• Foster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the team.
• Help teams remove barriers and navigate organizational impediments.
• Partner with the Product Owner to align product vision and backlog.
• Co-create and refine team working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and a coaching backlog.
• Coach teams and leaders to solve their own problems and empower them to do so.
• Be a change agent and navigate organizational change using ADKAR and other methods.
• Support scaled adoption and cross-team planning and delivery synchronization.
