Remote Jobs is seeking an experienced Agile Leader to guide teams through Scrum and Kanban practices. The role emphasizes strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring to drive agile adoption at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in related fields, 4+ years as a Scrum Master, and proven ability to transition organizations from Waterfall to Agile while maintaining delivery momentum in collocated and distributed environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of work experience in related field.
4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
Experience as an Agile Coach.
Experience leading the transition from Waterfall to Agile.
Ability to analyze and resolve conflict.
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill gaps in the scrum.
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
Experience with successful Agile techniques.
Ability to work with and lead a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
Proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile).
Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed
