Job summary

Wesco in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to coordinate multiple cross‑functional Agile teams and enable self‑organized delivery of business value. You will identify and remove impediments, facilitate all Scrum events, and coach teams toward higher performance in a Scrum@Scale setting.

You will partner with Product Owners and Agile Coaches to align the product vision, backlog health, and delivery cadence while promoting a Kaizen mindset across the organization and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, agile, project management related discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience on a Scrum team.
• 5+ years experience with lean and kaizen mindset.
• 1+ years in a scaled Agile environment (Scrum @ Scale or SAFe preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching and mentoring skills.
• Bias for action in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced credential from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org or ICAgile preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor multiple teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices.
• Facilitate team events and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Help teams implement new practices to improve delivery.
• Foster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the team.
• Remove impediments and coordinate Scrum of Scrums to address organizational blockers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align vision and backlog.
• Develop and refine team working agreements, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Coach teams and leaders to solve problems and empower self-management.
• Act as a change agent during organizational changes using ADKAR and related methods.
• Participate in scaling adoption and cross-team planning.
