We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high‑impact software and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement practices. This role requires hands‑on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving collaboration across cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced enterprise environments.
Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment Type: Contract
Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite Preferred
- Facilitate and optimize all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments impacting team delivery.
- Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and team self‑organization.
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn‑down/Burn‑up charts, and Predictability.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders.
- Utilize Jira AI, Jira dashboards, and Copilot tools to improve reporting, backlog refinement, and team productivity.
- Support PI Planning and coordinate cross‑team dependencies within Scaled Agile environments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross‑functional teams
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in Scaled Agile/SAFe environments
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and delivery tracking
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level digital or data‑driven projects
- Experience with Jira AI and Microsoft Copilot tools
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications
- Background in enterprise software, digital transformation, or data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
