Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile practices across 12 teams and coach 6-7 Scrum Masters. You will own the Agile metrics and quality framework, translating product roadmaps into disciplined delivery using Jira and GitHub.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile software environments, strong coaching skills, and the ability to connect Product Management with Engineering to deliver predictably in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM in software.
• Experience coaching Scrum Masters across multiple teams.
• Hands-on with Jira for Agile delivery and GitHub workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and program leadership across 12 teams.
• Coach and support 6-7 Scrum Masters; maintain agile operating model.
• Own Agile metrics and quality framework from sprint to production.
• Serve as conduit between Product Management and Engineering.
• Ensure cross-team dependency management and program increment planning.
