Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• US Visa (B1-B2 or ESTA) is mandatory.
• Experience working for IT companies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Agile methodology absorption across team members.
• Lead the Agile ceremonies during the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner in task description and estimation.
• Ensure proper understanding of project status using Agile metrics.
• Help unblock any team member or issue that requires attention.
