Remote role in the United States; requires exceptional consultant leadership, MS ecosystem experience, and proven ability to manage P&L and complex SOWs across multiple major client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in solution delivery or consulting in a Microsoft ecosystem.
• 6+ years leadership in a matrixed environment managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, budgets, and engagement plans including SOW/CO.
• 10+ years experience in client industry or solution delivery in consulting.
• 5+ years financial management experience (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Envisions, develops, and delivers transformative opportunities by understanding client needs and goals.
• Provides leadership to deliver quality solutions for large strategic accounts with governance.
• Drives value and revenue through land-and-expand opportunities and tracks KPIs & P&L.
• Uses industry knowledge to act as a trusted advisor and coordinates cross-team delivery.
• Serves as single point of accountability for customer satisfaction and QBRs.
• Identifies new opportunities and coordinates resources to support contracts.
