Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, handling multiple items in a sprint and collaborating with functional, testing, and dev teams.

This role is mostly remote with occasional onsite at the Washington, DC client site, and requires strong expertise in Call Center, IVR, Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging within Dynamics, plus leadership of complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals
Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics functionality (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging)
C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML
Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments)
Strong dynamics/portals knowledge and production support
Agile Scrum environment experience
Must be able to attain and maintain PBGC Public Trust

Responsibilities

Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and validate acceptance criteria
Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members
Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, etc.)
