Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for CRM, Integration, and Platform Services initiatives. The role is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will partner with engineering, product, and leadership to drive delivery and remove impediments. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining backlogs, coordinating UAT, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile/Scrum experience with a strong ScrumMaster background.
• Proven ability to drive Agile delivery across complex programs.
• Hands-on JIRA/Confluence for dashboards, workflows and reporting.
• Experience coordinating UAT and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and needs.
• Elicit and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Create epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write clear user stories for development and QA teams.
• Serve as ScrumMaster, leading ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Maintain priorities and healthy product backlogs with stakeholders.
• Drive sprint execution, manage risks and dependencies, remove impediments.
• Use JIRA to manage epics, stories, tasks and dashboards.
• Support UAT planning, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand architecture and integrations.
• Translate tech and business requirements into actionable work items.
• Support program/project management activities and status reporting.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and coordinate delivery.
• Monitor velocity, throughput, cycle time, and backlog health.
