You will partner with a broader Agile community, leverage data-driven insights, and support organizational change initiatives across remote or hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects.
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Proven ability to facilitate the removal of impediments.
• Advanced facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Thrives in a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous).
• Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile ACC.
• Experience with Agile Tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne ( Digital.ai ), Rally.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Scrum Team on Scrum and SAFe practices to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Coach team members in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitating to grow agile mindset.
• Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members with accountability and collaboration.
• Foster team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to support delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective; support PI Planning, System Demos and I&A.
• Mentor Product Owners in user story creation, prioritization and Backlog refinement.
• Remove impediments to maintain team momentum and visible progress.
• Utilize data and metrics to demonstrate capacity, predictability and maturity.
• Navigate organizational change using Kotter and PROSCI ADKAR frameworks.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve practices through Communities of Practice.
• Influence departmental outcomes using policies, practices and data-driven decisions.
• Work independently, set priorities and timelines for own tasks.
