Job summary

You will act as a servant leader, remove impediments, and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver value to members and customers. Required experience includes 5+ years in Agile environments and 3+ years as a Scrum Master, with hands-on coaching across cross-functional teams, PI planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 2+ years of large-scale agile on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of agile values, practices and patterns.
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to facilitate removing impediments and driving change.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Thrives in a VUCA environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Scrum Teams on Scrum and SAFe practices to deliver value.
• Facilitate Scrum events: Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective.
• Support PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Mentor Product Owner in backlog refinement and story creation.
• Remove impediments and protect team focus and velocity.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve practices.
