Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide multiple Scrum teams, align Product Owners and stakeholders, and serve as a catalyst for agile transformation. You will facilitate Scrum events, support PI Planning, and remove impediments to improve value and flow.

You will mentor Product Owners on user story creation and backlog refinement, measure team capacity with data, and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to advance Agile practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 2+ years of large-scale agile project experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile tracking tools (ADO, Jira, VersionOne, Rally).

Responsibilities

• Guide the Scrum Team on Scrum and SAFe practices to deliver value.
• Facilitate Scrum events and support PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
• Mentor Product Owners in user story creation, prioritization and backlog refinement.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from disruption.
• Use data to demonstrate team capacity, predictability, and maturity.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile practices across the organization.
• Navigate organizational change using Kotter and PROSCI ADKAR frameworks.
