Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide multiple teams through SAFe practices and agile transformation. You will coach, mentor, and facilitate events, ensuring value delivery, quality, and collaboration across Product Owners, stakeholders, and the Program Team.

You will help remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and use metrics to improve predictability. The role includes remote work with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings, and a strong focus

Qualifications

5+ years in an Agile environment
3+ years as Scrum Master
2+ years on large-scale, technically complex projects
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and patterns
Coaching and mentoring experience
Ability to remove impediments
Advanced facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
Thrives in a VUCA environment
Credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile ACC
Experience with agile tools (ADO, Jira, VersionOne, Rally)

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
Support PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Mentor Product Owners in user story creation and backlog refinement
Remove impediments to protect team velocity and delivery
Use data and metrics to demonstrate capacity, predictability and maturity
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve practices
