Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to oversee in-house design of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Wind, and BESS. This fully remote role requires advancing standards and mentoring engineers.

You will work in AutoCAD/Visio, review drawings, coordinate with OT teams, and support commissioning readiness, FATs, and project handover while ensuring NERC compliance and long-term reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Direct experience in SCADA engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Advanced networking concepts (Layer 2/3).

Aufgaben

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and power generation projects.
• Develop designs in AutoCAD and Visio, creating comprehensive diagrams and BOMs.
• Define and improve SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review scope docs, produce drawings, and perform redlines at standard revisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with OT teams on hardware needs.
• Support commissioning readiness, FATs, and project handover; ensure reliability.
