Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to work remotely within the US. You will blend entrepreneurial sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships, owning a quota and generating revenue through new logos and partner-sourced opportunities.

You will cultivate relationships with senior executives across the partner network, shape market strategies, and position EPAM as a top partner for large-scale digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT sales or business development with a focus on new clients.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong grasp of co-selling frameworks and partner-led strategies.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes end-to-end.
• Ability to influence senior client and partner executives, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Shape sales strategy and revenue targets for key strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota blending new-logo wins with partner-generated revenue.
• Build and sustain a partner-enabled pipeline via direct outreach and collaboration.
• Manage the full sales process from qualification to closing.
• Create shared account plans with partner field teams for mutual opportunities.
• Encourage partner organizations to prioritize EPAM's initiatives.
• Lead value-focused discussions using EPAM and partner offerings.
• Implement joint market-entry campaigns and track pipeline outcomes.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Leverage partner funding to accelerate shared wins.
