Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development.
• Track record of consistently hitting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience with co-selling frameworks and partner-led strategies.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales processes end-to-end.
• Knowledge of technology ecosystems and alliances; C-suite engagement.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Shape sales strategy and revenue targets for key strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota that blends new-logo wins with partner-generated revenue.
• Establish a sustainable pipeline via direct outreach and collaborative selling with partners.
• Oversee the entire sales process from qualification to closing.

• Encourage partner organizations to prioritize EPAM's initiatives.
• Lead value-focused discussions with clients using EPAM and partner offerings.
• Implement joint market entry campaigns and track pipeline outcomes.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity reporting accuracy.
• Leverage partner funding to accelerate shared wins.
