Job summary

GAF is seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and design for Salesforce and Analytics. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, shape data flows, and enable real-time insights with Tableau and Slack integrations for global teams.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translate complex needs into scalable solutions, and mentor junior analysts while supporting governance and release management across Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Business.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis with 3+ years in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Create user stories, specs, and UX wireframes.
• Define architectures across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
• Modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack workflows.
• Lead UAT and coordinate sign-offs.
• Mentor junior analysts and support governance.
