GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering and design across Salesforce, Analytics, and Data Cloud platforms. You will shape Lead-to-Cash processes, streamline Slack workflows, and enable real-time Tableau insights for our operations.
The role demands strong problem-solving for B2B manufacturing needs, with enterprise-scale UX and cross-functional collaboration. We offer a remote-friendly environment and opportunities to impact the business at scale.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years actively driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Mansioni
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units.
- Author user stories, functional specs, process diagrams, and UX wireframes for varied audiences.
- Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
