Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and guiding architecture across client engagements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with customer data, marketing tech, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Certified Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, data governance, and personalization.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect with ownership of design, integrations and delivery.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams involving CDP/DMP, data onboarding, activation, big data, and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals.
• Work with and implement data integrations to support client use cases and journeys.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients and potential clients.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to develop solutions meeting client requirements.
