The role leads cross-functional teams, shapes reference architectures, and guides transformations to improve member experiences and health outcomes, while balancing risk, cost, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership roles.
• Deep healthcare payer industry experience and understanding of health plan operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align strategy, value streams, capabilities, and investments.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Lead governance and promote EA practices within agile delivery.
