Humana is seeking a highly accountable Senior Salesforce Engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems through technology. Beyond writing code, this role serves as a strategic problem solver and platform expert who can connect business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, design and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required (or equivalent).
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, APIs).
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems using REST/SOAP/middleware/ETL.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
