Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems via REST/SOAP or middleware.
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Proficient in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: product owners, admins, architects and engineers.
• Ensure security, data modeling and governor limits are respected; optimize performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP and middleware.
