Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will own end-to-end development, from discovery through deployment, leveraging Apex, LWC, and APIs to deliver enterprise-grade platforms.

You will collaborate with architects, admins, and stakeholders to refine requirements, ensure security and governance, and drive innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem. Travel occasional but primarily remote work is supported.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration.
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.
