Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to craft scalable Salesforce solutions from discovery to implementation. You will leverage Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs to connect business objectives with technology, while guiding architectural decisions and automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development incl Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, APIs.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware or event-driven architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
