Job summary

Voltus is recruiting a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to drive the productivity of our Go-to-Market organization. You will own Salesforce administration end-to-end, working with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

This is a remote, US/Canada-friendly role reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. You’ll help shape the AI strategy within our GTM tech stack and partner with stakeholders to deliver governance, data quality, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Salesforce administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise building Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing rules.
• Experience with integrations/middleware connecting Salesforce to other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline processes across GTM teams.
• Manage Salesforce release lifecycle including sandbox environments and deployments to production.
• Own security model and audit permissions to ensure least-privilege access.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools and tools in the stack.
