Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy focus on in-house sales and revenue recruiting.
• Proven operational impact: improved speed, quality, or conversion in sales hiring processes.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior sales leaders and executives.
• Sales domain expertise: OTE structures, quota accelerators, and candidate motivation in tech sales.
• Data & ATS fluency: using ATS tools and sourcing platforms to track metrics.
• High remote autonomy with strong communication across distributed teams.

Aufgaben

• Operationalizing Sales Hiring by auditing and optimizing recruitment workflows with VPs/Directors/RevOps.
• Advising sales leadership with market intelligence and realistic pipeline expectations.
• Owning end-to-end recruitment for senior roles from Manager to Senior Director.
• Mentoring peers on interviewing, evaluation, and ATS hygiene.
• Monitoring funnel metrics and delivering reporting to revenue leadership.
• Building diverse talent slates and ensuring inclusive candidate experiences.
