You will partner with engineering leaders, own end-to-end searches for senior roles, and mentor peers, applying data to improve funnel health and ensure diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, or tech leadership
• Proven ability to analyze funnel metrics and optimize hiring processes
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or Lever and sourcing platforms

Responsibilities

• Operationalizing Technical Hiring: audit and optimize recruitment workflows to speed up interviews.
• Senior Stakeholder Advisory: provide market intelligence and set pipeline expectations.
• Executing High-Impact Searches: own end-to-end recruitment for critical positions across all levels.
• Mentorship & Process Rigor: coach and uplift peers in interviewing and ATS hygiene.
• Funnel Analytics & Pipeline Health: track metrics and report to technology leadership.
• Building Inclusive Pipelines: source diverse talent slates and ensure equitable candidate experience.
