Job summary

Plastic Staffing is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, strategic account growth, and multi-state territory expansion in the Northeast and Midwest. This fully remote, senior-level role is for an experienced B2B professional who can independently develop and grow the territory across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in plastic films, flexible packaging, or related manufacturing markets, and can build long-term relationships with executives.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in packaging, plastic films, or related industrial markets.
• Experience opening new accounts and growing territories.
• Strong ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Ability to develop senior-level relationships across purchasing, operations, and executives.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with autonomy.
• Willingness to travel within multi-state Northeast/Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans focused on revenue growth and account expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within flexible packaging and related markets.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, converters, and executives.
• Maintain prospecting and pipeline activity through direct outreach and networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close.
