Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience serving data center accounts, hyperscalers, or mission-critical customers.
• Strong knowledge of power, sustainability, cooling, resiliency trends and AI-driven capacity growth.
• 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams with coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building a customer-centric culture.
• Experience developing vertical market strategies and using KPIs and forecasting.
