Probi USA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth across key accounts in North America. The role is remote, reporting to the North America Sales Director, with up to 50% travel and regional emphasis in the U.S. Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, nutrition, or food science.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in processed food, food ingredient, or dietary supplement industry.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Interface between customers and Probi.
• Identify prospects and develop sales opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on GTM plans.
