Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Sales Manager who will guide commercial teams to drive growth across our portfolio. This remote leadership role covers the Southeast region, with residency in North Carolina required to support customers in the RTP area and beyond.

You’ll implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and develop markets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Expect travel 40–60% and participation in a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of sales experience; 2–3 years in sales management.
• Experience in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, or business fields preferred.
• Proven success at hitting targets and growing revenue; strong account development.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven decision making; strong communication skills.
