Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop commercial teams in the Southeast region from a remote location, with North Carolina residency required. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of sales experience with 2–3 years in a sales leadership role.
Deep understanding of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets.
Proven ability to build and develop sales teams.
Experience achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages beneficial.
Willingness to travel 40–60% and valid driver's license.
