Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or Business field
• 12+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales management role
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of laboratory, life sciences or analytical instruments markets
• Experience building, guiding and developing sales teams
• Strong account management and strategic selling capabilities (e.g., Miller-Heiman)
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel 40–60%
