Job summary

eInfochips, an Arrow company, is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales to drive new business and manage key accounts throughout the US and Canada. You will analyze opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to closure.

The role requires 7–10 years of PES ER&D sales experience across verticals and a proven track record selling software, cloud engineering, DevOps, and related services to large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years PES ER&D (Engg and R&D) Sales experience in Healthcare / Media / Semiconductor / Industrial Verticals.
• Experience selling SW, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and design engineering services to enterprise.
• Hunting new accounts and scaling existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active analysis of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Develop and present the eInfochips value propositions across Embedded, Firmware, hardware, software, IOT, Mobility, AI/ML, Analytics and Cloud.
• Run full sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with Director & VP level executives.
