Qualifications

• Twenty plus years in a senior or executive sales role.
• Ten plus years in power quality sales with new and existing customers.
• Experience selling Mission Critical Power Products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and sales process understanding.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and autonomous.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• GenAI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning and execution on a large quota (Tier-1 $200M; Tier-2 $50M).
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet quotas.
• Prospecting and lead generation through multiple channels.
• Manage a robust pipeline from contact to closure with accurate forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Lead negotiation and close complex deals demonstrating product value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams.
• Maintain timelyCRM records of all activities.
