Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to build a new territory by prospecting and closing new clients in law firms and corporate legal departments. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the VP of Sales.

You will own the lifecycle from first contact to close, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings of up to $220k; travel to client meetings is required as needed, and experience in legal services sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience, with a track record of developing new business
• Experience selling to legal services or litigation support preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with litigators, litigation support teams, and corporate legal departments
• Win new clients and grow business within existing accounts
• Run full-cycle sales: prospect → proposal → close → ongoing account growth
• Understand client needs at each litigation stage and connect them with DEG services
• Identify opportunities to support clients as matters move from depositions to trial preparation
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce with pricing and RFP support
• Represent DEG at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
