Job summary

Eyelit Technologies is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive for complex manufacturing, US Remote. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting plant and multi-plant operations with Eyelit’s full stack suite including SIOP, APS, and MES. Travel up to 50% may be required to engage executives and plant leadership.

We value a hunter with a proven track record of closing >$1MM ARR, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence product roadmaps with field insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful sales experience within the complex manufacturing space.
• Experience selling to plant and multi-plant APS/MES in manufacturing sectors such as A&D, medical devices, and industrial.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of closing new named accounts and >$1MM ARR.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts at the plant level.
• Position Eyelit’s full stack solution suite (SIOP, APS, MES) to drive plant and multi-plant value.
• Develop and execute plant-level sales strategies, including pricing, competitive analysis, and deal planning.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Services Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate forecasting.
