Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership, with 5+ in a senior-level role supporting construction or related industries.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and state/local safety requirements.
• Experience building, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide safety programs and training.
• Proven ability to partner with executives to set strategic safety objectives.
• Experience leading accident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Strong field operations, construction and electrical safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing audits, contractor compliance, and regulatory inspections.
• Strong analytics to identify trends and drive safety improvements.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle pressure with a flexible schedule.
