Job summary

I2G Systems is seeking a senior safety leader to drive the strategic safety vision across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to shape company-wide safety policy and ensure execution across field and office teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in safety leadership with OSHA expertise and relevant certifications, and be willing to travel ~25% across North America. Company-paid benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience, including 5+ years at senior level in construction, low-voltage systems, or electronic security.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, and industry best practices.
• CSP, CHST, ASP, OSHA 500/510 certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision of safety with executive leadership and partner on company-wide policy development.
• Drive safety culture, employee engagement, and operational risk management across field and office teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations, plus client-specific safety standards.
• Willing to travel across North America approximately 25% of the time.
