i2G Systems is seeking a Remote Senior Safety Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety programs across construction and electronic security operations. You will develop policies, training, and incident management processes, partnering with executive leadership to drive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee audits, risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, travel up to 25% across North America while ensuring adherence to OSHA and client standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Develop company-wide safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous safety improvement and KPI tracking.
