Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Remote Senior Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of the corporate safety program across all operations. You will collaborate with executive leadership, Operations, PMO, Service and Field teams to promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of safety leadership in construction or electronic security, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and a proven ability to implement enterprise-wide safety programs, training,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level safety management role.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, state and local safety requirements, workers' compensation practices, and industry best practices.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide safety programs, policies, procedures, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the strategic vision of safety with leadership and executive partnership.
• Company-wide policy and procedure development.
• OSHA, federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
• Safety culture development and employee engagement.
