Job summary

Engineering Systems Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the firm’s health and safety program across locations, working with leadership and Site Safety Coordinators.

You will ensure OSHA compliance, develop actionable safety practices, and oversee incident reviews and root-cause analyses. The role requires 7+ years of safety leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel 30%–50% to support multi-site projects across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience.
• Experience advising leaders and multi-site safety programs preferred.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, industrial, construction, manufacturing, environmental, or field-services environments preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health and safety program across locations, working with leadership and Site Safety Coordinators.
• Provide safety leadership and direction balancing compliance, risk, client expectations, and business needs.
• Review incident reports, support root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
