Job summary

Majesco is seeking a Program Manager, Services to lead SaaS implementations for insurance software. This remote-first role guides delivery across a lean team, owning major client outcomes and ensuring timelines, quality, and profitability.

You will partner with architecture, product, and QA to modernize delivery practices and accelerate value realization for customers. You will oversee multiple deployments, including one strategic client project, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations for insurance or financial services organizations.
• Proven success leading complex software implementation programs across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and practical application of AI in implementation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of active SaaS implementations with on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Directly lead at least one major customer implementation while coaching and supporting project managers and business analysts.
• Oversee project management execution, budgets, risks, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Drive AI adoption across the implementation lifecycle and improve delivery speed and quality.
• Collaborate with PMO, development, architecture, QA and sales to strengthen delivery standards and governance.
