Majesco is seeking an accomplished enterprise Sales Director to win and grow strategic relationships across the Life, Annuities & Health insurance market. This remote US role requires leading sophisticated software sales from first executive conversations through close, pursuing new logos and expanding relationships.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, and drive modernization initiatives, customer value, and measurable business outcomes for life, annuities,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise SaaS or insurance software sales.
• Direct sales experience in Life, Annuities & Health insurance markets.
• Ability to hunt for new business and open enterprise accounts.
• Experience navigating lengthy enterprise buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or Gap Selling.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline, win strategic business, and grow Majesco’s presence across the L&A market.
• Build and execute a territory strategy to create new-logo opportunities and expand strategic accounts.
• Own complex enterprise sales from prospecting to close.
• Develop senior relationships across business, technology, operations, and executive leadership.
• Lead consultative conversations connecting priorities to measurable value.
• Orchestrate internal experts to differentiate Majesco and accelerate decisions.
• Maintain rigorous qualification, account planning, forecasting, and close discipline.
