Job summary

Majesco is transforming insurance technology and seeks a Product Manager, P&C Portfolio, to lead cross-functional initiatives across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI. This role focuses on portfolio-level strategy rather than a single backlog, requiring data-driven business cases and collaboration with Product Owners and analysts.

You will define cross-product initiatives, build compelling investment cases, and mentor a Senior Product Analyst while translating priorities

Qualifications

• 6 plus years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical product role, ideally within P&C insurance technology, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong business case and financial modeling skills, with the ability to defend investment decisions using data.
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or clear readiness to take on people management for the first time.
• Ability to work across multiple product lines, Product Owners, and stakeholders without personally owning a single backlog.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and senior leadership and communicating complex product capabilities and insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field; MBA a plus. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI.
• Define initiatives and epics spanning multiple Product Owner backlogs and maintain visibility into portfolio health, initiative status, and cross-product dependencies.
• Build business cases for major roadmap investments using defensible metrics, including win rate, revenue, DWP, and NPS/CSAT.
• Manage and develop a Senior Product Analyst responsible for portfolio analysis and business case support.
• Prepare data-driven portfolio narratives and analysis for executive, customer, and analyst engagements.
• Present and demonstrate product capabilities and new features to customers, clearly communicating product value, functionality, and roadmap direction.
