Job summary

Majesco, a leader in AI-native insurance software, seeks a Client Partner Director to drive strategic transformation for enterprise insurance accounts in North America. You’ll act as trusted advisor, shape growth initiatives, and expand account footprints across carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers.

You’ll combine deep industry knowledge with a proven sales track record, lead multi-stakeholder engagements, and guide customers through complex procurement while aligning Majesco’s offerings to client

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise sales experience with multi-million-dollar accounts.
• Deep ability to cultivate C-level relationships and trusted advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of P&C or Life & Annuity insurance markets and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development: cultivate executive relationships and expand footprints.
• Revenue Growth & Client Retention: drive multi-year revenue growth with high customer satisfaction.
• Solution Selling: align Majesco’s software/services to client priorities with ROI focus.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: oversee demand generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Customer Engagement & Momentum: manage stakeholders and accelerate purchase decisions.
• Industry Insight: leverage insurance trends to position Majesco as a partner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with product, delivery, and marketing.
• Performance Metrics: develop KPIs and oversee client success metrics.
• Voice of the Customer: feed insights into product and service strategy.
