Majesco is seeking a Program Manager, Insurance Software Implementation, to lead SaaS implementations for insurance clients. This role is remote-first within the United States, reporting to the Services leadership team.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, balance client outcomes with team execution, and drive AI-enabled modernization across projects. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in enterprise software delivery, strong governance, and hands-on Agile/Jira experience, with a proven track

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of enterprise software or SaaS implementation experience in insurance/financial services.
• Experience leading complex software implementation programs across cross-functional/multi-vendor teams.
• Understanding of Life, Health and Annuity operations and delivery in this market.
• Proven ability to operate in a player/coach model balancing client delivery with team leadership.
• Strong governance, risk management, financial oversight, and operational execution.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira, NetSuite; applying AI in delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives and delivery teams.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end execution of a portfolio of SaaS implementations with timeline, scope, quality, and margin accountability.
• Directly lead at least one major customer implementation while coaching project managers and business analysts.
• Manage day-to-day delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, and financials; intervene when delivery drifts.
• Oversee financial governance across implementations including forecasting and staffing alignment.
• Collaborate with development leads, architects, product owners, QA, PMO, sales and client partners to align delivery with business goals.
• Drive AI adoption across the implementation lifecycle and improve delivery standards and templates.
• Provide leadership to strengthen delivery governance, templates, and scalable processes.
